Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the big999 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated Funds.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. big999 relies on the information you provide to process payments and verify your identity. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. big999 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact big999 support immediately.
big999 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification process is concluded.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction. big999 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment service providers may apply their own transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed by big999 on a continuous basis, including weekends and public holidays. Most withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are completed within minutes for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the big999 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. big999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity is deemed unusual.
All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). big999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred at the payment provider level are the responsibility of the Player.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. big999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to dormant Account balances until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by big999 are subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
Each Player is entitled to claim any given promotion once unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple Accounts — constitutes abuse and may result in cancellation of all bonuses and termination of the Account.
Bonus Funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated promotional validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. big999 is not obligated to provide prior notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the promotion terms.
big999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player is actively working toward fulfilling its wagering requirements, big999 will use reasonable endeavours to honour the promotion for that Player up to the point of withdrawal.
All bets placed on the big999 Platform are final once confirmed. Players should verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. big999 is not responsible for errors made by Players when placing bets.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and are displayed within the relevant game or sports betting interface. big999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any market or game at any time.
A bet may be declared void by big999 in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in odds or game outcomes, technical failures that affect the integrity of a game or betting event, or where the event on which a bet was placed is cancelled or abandoned. In the event a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the Player's Account.
big999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error — commonly referred to as palpable errors. This applies where it is evident that odds were significantly different from the true market price due to a typographical or technical error. In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided at big999's discretion.
All cricket and sports bets are governed by the sporting rules of the relevant governing body — including BPL, IPL, ICC, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — alongside big999's in-house sports betting rules. In the event of a conflict, big999's rules take precedence for settlement purposes on this Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the big999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
Fraud Prevention: big999 employs advanced fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Any Account identified as engaging in prohibited activity will be suspended pending investigation, and all associated Funds may be withheld.
All content available on the big999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, icons, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the intellectual property of big999 or its licensed third-party providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

big999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
You may close your big999 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closing your Account, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus Funds are not refunded upon Account closure.
big999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, failure to complete identity verification, or conduct that big999 deems detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use the big999 Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in a suspended Account will be held pending investigation. big999 will communicate the outcome of any investigation and any applicable refund procedure within a reasonable timeframe.
big999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, big999 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.
The amended Terms will come into effect on the date stated in the update notice. Your continued use of the big999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the big999 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through direct communication with big999 customer support.
big999 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated in accordance with the Platform's formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from our support team.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
